Frequently asked questions
What level do I need?
Every event states a level, but all our formats offer several intensities. If you can walk for an hour without difficulty, there is a place for you.
Can I come on my own?
Most participants come on their own. The welcome, the pace groups and the table are designed for exactly that.
What happens if it rains?
We go ahead, unless there is a weather warning. If we cancel, you are refunded in full or moved to the date of your choice.
How does cancellation work?
Free cancellation up to 72 h before the event. After that, your place can be transferred to someone else.
Is equipment provided?
Yes for bootcamps, mobility and masterclasses. For trips, a detailed list is sent to you three weeks before.
